Calgary
Senior Design Consultant
We are looking for a Senior Design Consultant for our DesignSense Studio. Responsibilities include overseeing files in the pre-construction process as well as meeting with clients and assisting them with their upgrades. A solid understanding of the residential construction process, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in AutoCad is preferred. A formal education in Interior Design and previous experience with a residential homebuilder is required.
Systems Project Leader
FULL TIME - We are looking for a technical individual who is seeking a challenging position. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a team player, a great problem solver, and fluent in computer software. Key job responsibilities include the administration and management of our NewStar system, being the key resource person for all the departments in troubleshooting and support of the software system and providing progress reports to Senior Management. Previous experience with the NewStar software, Crystal Reports and the homebuilding industry is an asset.
Senior Designer – Product Development
FULL TIME - We are looking for an energetic individual to join our Product Development team whose primary role will be the design of new, “uncommonly stylish” homes and working with our Sales team in providing firming drawings for clients. Other working relationships in this position include ongoing collaboration with our Marketing and Branding team. The ideal candidate will be well versed in modern & traditional architectural styles and possess innovative spacial planning skills in a variety of product types. Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to achieve deadlines are also a must in a well rounded candidate. Fluency in AutoCAD and technical drafting will also ensure a smooth transition into this role.
